ZP is proud to have Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal affirm an injunction obtained against a timeshare developer from continuing its marketing tours at a condominium/timeshare association in Daytona Beach, FL. ZP obtained declaratory and injunctive relief on behalf of the association in the trial court and successfully argued before the Appellate Court that the injunction should be affirmed. ZP also obtained orders from the trial and appellate courts determining that ZP’s client was entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the timeshare developer.
